The entertainment and music industries often lag in adopting cutting-edge digital experiences and tech stacks. Traditional artist websites have rarely been at the forefront of fan engagement, often due to a lack of innovation and strategy.

We created a fully customizable fan engagement platform where artists, like Lady Gaga, can break free from the constraints of social media platforms and traditional digital marketing. This platform will offer a digital space where the artist has complete creative control, enabling dynamic, one-of-a-kind experiences and authentic interactions with fans.

The Living Archive: An Ever-Evolving Showcase of Gaga’s Artistry

For an artist like Lady Gaga, whose career spans over a decade, this platform is more than just a website—it’s a living portfolio of her ever-evolving artistry. Built on a design system that adapts to her shifting visual eras, it grows with her evolution, capturing her bold exploration of music and performance in an immersive, boundary-pushing way. Inspired by physical gallery spaces, the design embraces tight margins, minimal technical distractions, and expansive content viewing windows. Transitions like directional sliding, visual expansion, and multiple viewing formats enhance the experience, making every interaction feel like stepping into an evolving exhibit of her work.

Design system for A Multi-Sensory Retail Experience


We created reusable 3D model templates and material libraries for consistent, high-quality product imagery unique to the Lady Gaga brand. Alongside animated product videos, fans can now explore garment textures and media products in greater detail. Our custom 3D libraries also pave the way for future VR and AR experiences. Meanwhile, inspired by physical retail spaces, we introduced interactive features—fans can adjust the content scale, activate sound clips, and switch on mood lighting for a more immersive shopping experience.

Countdown to a New Lady Gaga era

To celebrate the new beginning of ladygaga.com, we created a 7-day countdown screen that captured Lady Gaga's artistic evolution while engaging fans through interactive visuals and dynamic effects. Using WebGL and Three.js with custom-built shaders, fans unveiled album code names daily, blending nostalgia and innovation to heighten excitement for MAYHEM aka LG7, which is her fans' lingo on her 7th studio album release.

Fans praised the redesign, with improved user experience, boosted add-to-cart rates by 128%, and raised average order value by 55%.

Since January 2025, Lady Gaga's official website, ladygaga.com, has seen major growth in traffic and e-commerce.

In February alone, it drew 1.2 million visits and generated over $1.2 million from 22,607 transactions. Fans praised the redesign, with improved user experience, boosted add-to-cart rates by 128%, and raised average order value by 55%.
